Warranty & Return

Customers may request for a credit or a one-to-one exchange with us within 30 days from date of invoice. You must provide the original invoice for all credit or exchange transactions and keep the unit/product in ORIGINAL PACKAGE and BRAND NEW condition. Broken warranty seals on goods void all warranties and returns. Fone Depot reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for all returned items.

There is NO return or exchange for DAMAGED or BROKEN products. During 30 days warranty Fone Depot will subject to inspection, repair, the defective product or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. This warranty does not cover normal wear, tear, and broken of products. All products and services subjected to FINAL sale! And rechargeable batteries that do not reach 100% original capacity are NOT

covered by this warranty.
